This casa is a newly built house in 2018, next to our house, built on the site of the original farmhouse and located at the front of the property.
Around the house there are several nice locations to enjoy a pleasant south-west private terrace with gas barbecue and round dining table.
Nestled amid the surrounding olive and carob trees, is your private pool with sunbeds. Under a large Carob tree is a lounge set for your exclusive use, offering a retreat from the heat of the sun.
This villa accommodates up to 5 people (a baby also counts as a person). Has a comfortable sunny living-sitting room with impressively high ceiling and a fully equipped modern open kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. We can place an extra bed in the second bedroom for an extra guest. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks.
The house has a wood stove, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans.
